Set up Chat Revenue on Shopify

There is no code to write on Shopify. Connect your store, add the chat, and Chat Revenue fills in by itself.

1. Connect your Shopify store

   Follow Shopify: Creating a Custom App.

2. Add the chat to your store

   Follow How to embed your Chat widget on your Shopify store.

3. Look for your first sale

   Open More → Insights → Chat Revenue. An order that follows a chat shows up within about 30 minutes.

What you get

• Product cards in the chat get an Add to cart button.
• Chat Revenue shows all three groups. See what they mean.

Good to know

• We read your orders from Shopify, so you don't add anything to your order confirmation page.
• Sales driven and assisted by chat count from the day the chat started reporting the products it shows. Older orders only show up as shoppers who chatted first.
